Mary Lipe has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mary began their career in 1990 at Cargill as an Accountant for Poultry Products. In 1991, they joined Harman/Becker Automotive Systems as an Accounting Manager. After eight years, they moved to Infor in 1999 and worked as a Business Solution Consultant until 2007. In 2008, Mary joined Plex Systems, Inc. as a Solution Engineer, where they currently hold a role.

Mary Lipe completed their education in a chronological order. Mary first attended the University of Arkansas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics in 1984. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science at the same university, which they completed in 1989. Finally, Mary earned their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Butler University in 1998.
