Mark Frydenlund Pedersen is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at Plesner since April 2022, following a role as an IT-Support consultant at Soft Supply A/S. Mark has previously held a position as an IT-supporter Elev at NEXT - UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN, where responsibilities included physical and remote support for IT equipment and the implementation of the MDM System JAMF. Prior to the IT field, Mark operated as the owner of MF-Hosting, gaining extensive technical experience in server support and management. Additionally, Mark has a background in security services with various roles from 2013 to 2020 and early experience in customer service at McDonald's and Netto. Mark's educational background includes a Data and Communication degree focused on IT support from Zealand Business College and foundational training at Roskilde Tekniske Skole.
