Soraya Reindl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Soraya started their career as an intern at Deutsche Post und DHL, where they gained experience in project management. Following this, they worked as an internal sales representative at von Poll Immobilien GmbH. Soraya then joined Accenture as an employer branding intern before moving on to HAGER & PARTNERS as a personal consultant.

In 2016, Soraya joined EY as a recruiter and later took on the role of senior recruiter. Soraya'sresponsibilities included sourcing and hiring qualified talent. Soraya worked at EY until 2022.

Currently, Soraya is working at plenum AG - Management Consulting as the Head of Employer Branding & Recruiting. Soraya'srole involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies and managing recruitment processes.
