Herman Oostra is an experienced project leader with a strong background in construction and technical management. Currently serving as Projectleider at Plegt-Vos since April 2019, Herman previously held similar roles at Geveke Bouw & Ontwikkeling from November 2007 to April 2019, where responsibilities included project leadership and preparation. Earlier experience includes a position as Projectleider and Tekenaar at Timmer BNA from January 2004 to October 2007. Herman's educational background includes a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Hanze (2002-2003) and a degree in Bouwkunde from Hanze (1998-2002), complemented by a solid foundation from OSG Winkler Prins (1992-1998).
