Sarah Kimiecik currently serves as the Director of Child Nutrition for the Pleasanton Unified School District, a role initiated in February 2023, following a similar position at Castro Valley Unified School District from March 2020 to February 2023. With a focus on collaboration with district leadership to enhance cafeteria services, Sarah has successfully directed menu planning to comply with USDA nutritional guidelines. Prior experience includes supervising a team at Jeffco Public Schools in Colorado and working in facility support and marketing roles for Chipotle Mexican Grill and Swire Coca-Cola, respectively. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics/Dietitian with a minor in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
