Ruth Kelley has a diverse and extensive background in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as an RN CNM Concurrent Reviewer for Core Measures and Performance Improvement at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital since April 2014. Additionally, Ruth has held the position of Physician Practice Manager at Pleasant Valley Hospital and operates as the Owner of Practice Management Solutions, LLC since August 2013. Ruth also leads Ohio Valley Sleep Diagnostics as CEO, focusing on evaluating and treating sleep disorders, while managing contracts and training for sleep technologists. Previously, Ruth operated as an RN Consultant through Ruth Kelley Nurse Consultant, LLC, specializing in healthcare and legal nurse consulting. Educationally, Ruth is a graduate of Bluefield State University, earning a degree in Registered Nursing from 1990 to 1993.
