Glen Piner is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Plaza Premium Group since April 2023, Glen previously held roles including Director of Operations DFW and Area Leader at Zalat Pizza from August 2020 to October 2022, and Area Director at Cotton Patch Cafe from March 2019 to June 2020, overseeing seven locations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Market Partner for Piada Italian Street Food, managing nine locations in Texas, and a long tenure as Market Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro from May 1997 to August 2015.
