Marisa Pennington is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives across various industries. Currently employed at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. as the Executive Assistant to the Co-President/COO, Marisa has also served as an Independent Consultant since 2014, focusing on event management, marketing, and PR. Previous roles include significant positions at InstaHealthy, CNS Summit, and Guild Mortgage, where responsibilities ranged from business development and event coordination to managing communications and customer engagement. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and has furthered education in hospitality at the SSTH Swiss School of Hospitality and Tourism.
