Ann Baker-Easley

Grants Specialist at Playworks

Ann Baker-Easley has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving on the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Michigan School of Social Work since January 2022, Ann also contributes to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy as a Stewardship Advisory Council Member and holds a board position at the National Wilderness Stewardship Alliance. In a grants and institutional giving capacity, Ann has been involved with Playworks since December 2021. Previously, Ann served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and held the role of Executive Director at the Colorado Youth Corps Association. Ann's earlier career includes a position as Regional Program Director at the Corporation for National and Community Service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work focused on Policy and Planning from the University of Michigan, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Work from Colorado State University.
