German Lanzetta has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance and software testing. German started their career in 2008 as a QA Analyst/Test Lead at iLAB and worked there until 2009. German then joined Globant in 2010 as a QA Analyst, where they worked on projects for SouthWest Airlines and PlayPhone. In 2011, German joined PlayPhone as a QA/Certified Scrum Master, where they facilitated Agile team processes, coordinated releases, and taught the Scrum philosophy. Throughout their career, German has gained experience in testing web applications, backend applications, and different browsers.

German Lanzetta pursued a Diploma in Agriculture, specializing in Agriculture, General, from the Elsenburg Agricultural Training Institute in the year 2002.
