Leandro Henrique da Silva has extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving at Sandbox Group since October 2019, providing support through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as over the phone. Prior to this, Leandro held the position of Caixa Lider check out at Grupo SBF S/A. Leandro is pursuing a degree in Administration at Anhanguera Educacional, with an expected completion date in December 2027, and has a background in electro-electronics, having completed a technical program at SENAI in 2011.
