Sam Peurifoy is a seasoned professional in the technology and investment sectors, currently serving as Partner and Head of Interactive at Hivemind, a Web3 multi-strategy investment firm, and as CEO of Playground Labs, a gaming content and infrastructure studio. Additionally, Sam contributes as a Core Contributor at KAP Games, focusing on browser and mobile distribution for frontier tech games. Previously, Sam worked at Goldman Sachs as a PhD Fellow in Global Investment Research - Clean Tech and held an IP Fellow position at Columbia Technology Ventures, where responsibilities included evaluating intellectual property reports and conducting market research for inventions. Sam holds a PhD in Chemistry from Columbia University and a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Miami.
