Helbert Costa serves as Co-CEO at Adalink since April 2024, specializing in AI platforms that enhance customer service strategies. Concurrently, Helbert holds the position of Mentor and Co-CEO at AI4C, offering personalized mentoring for business leaders in AI implementation. At Play9 since September 2020, Helbert has contributed as both a board member and CIO, focusing on technology and strategic innovation during the company’s early growth stages. Previously, Helbert was CMTO at Monte Bravo, fostering integration between marketing and technology, and co-founded NineBlocks, where leadership in digital innovation was pivotal. Experience includes a significant tenure at the Brazilian Olympic Committee as General Strategy Manager, where Helbert developed the strategic plan for the Rio 2016 Games, and a leading role at Bradesco managing a large PMO for project development. Helbert's educational background includes an Executive Program in Innovation from Singularity University and an MBA in Business Economics from Fundação Dom Cabral.
