As the founder of Play Media and a key player in all deals, Mladen has led the company from one victory to another for many years now. Both visionary and analytical, passionate and compassionate, with a background in marketing and vast experience in project management. His numerous clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, from Procter & Gamble to Royal Dutch Shell.

Mladen is a marketing consultant at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, working on projects with small and medium enterprises in Serbia and as a mentor at the CEE Tech House boutique innovation hub in San Francisco on projects for the development and positioning of Central and Eastern European companies in the US market.

In addition to commercial engagements, Mladen is on the Management Committee of LEAD-ME COST Action for Serbia and has been participating in various projects of the Ministry of Culture and Public Information of Serbia for many years.
