Courtney Stewart, PE, is a Senior Environmental Engineer at Platte River Power Authority, where responsibilities include leading significant projects such as the bottom ash/coal combustion residuals process pond closure remediation and landfill upgrade. Formerly, Courtney served as an Environmental Engineer, focusing on enhancing spill prevention control plans and preparing operational and permitting documents for waste management. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Stewart Environmental Consultants, LLC, specializing in the commercialization of technologies for various wastewater treatment applications. Courtney holds a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Carroll College Montana and is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University.
