Teresa De Sanctis, PhD, is a seasoned expert in product development and health technology with extensive experience in improving healthcare access and outcomes. Currently serving as Head of Product Development at Platos and as Founder and Lead Consultant at ProPRODUCT Consultancy LLC, Teresa specializes in empowering teams and driving impactful products through data, user insights, and neuroscience. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Head of Product at OYOS, Product Manager at G42 Healthcare where Teresa played a key role in enhancing healthcare data platforms, and Learning and Impact Lead at PharmAccess Foundation, where Teresa contributed to digital healthcare solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Teresa holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by various internships and degrees in psychology and neuroscience.
