Maulik Bengali has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. In 2010, they started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2011, they founded Ajackus, where they worked with clients in North America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia, and was involved in popular technologies including emerging ones like blockchain, AI-ML, etc. In 2012, they began working as a Technology Consultant at dotloop, and in 2013 they began working as a Technology Consultant at Skarma. In 2016, they founded Visa Guide, where they worked to improve and devise solutions for corporates and businesses to tackle visa applications for their employees and clientele. In 2019, they became a Member of the Global CTO Forum. In 2020, they began working as an Advisor at Smeltt.com, and in 2021 they became a Mentor, Engineering Leadership at Plato. In 2022, they founded Tacnique.

Maulik Bengali has a comprehensive education history. In 2018-2019, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Maulik also attended HEC Paris in 2019 and earned a Global Business degree in Advanced Management. Additionally, from 2006-2010, they attended Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering, as well as a BE in Computers from the University of Mumbai.
