Richard Deeley FREC is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Partner and Associate Partner at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy, a leading UK hospitality recruitment agency since March 2021. Previously, Richard managed the Chefs Division at Towngate Personnel from April 2001 to November 2020 and held various culinary roles, including Sous Chef at The Ashburn Hotel and Demi Chef de Partie at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons. Richard's extensive experience in the kitchen began with positions at DeVere Hotels, where roles spanned from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie. Richard holds City and Guilds qualifications in Catering and Hospitality from Southampton Technical College and has foundational education from Hurn Court School.
