Sharon Jones-Otto is an experienced mortgage loan auditor with a robust background in operations management within the mortgage industry. Since September 2011, Sharon has been with Platinum Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Auditor, following a significant tenure at Freedom Mortgage Corporation where responsibilities included reviewing closed loan packages for compliance and managing customer service for renovation lenders. Previous experience includes operations management and closing coordination at SIB Mortgage Corporation, overseeing file management and staff training, and an assistant retail operations manager role at Homestead Funding Corporation. Sharon holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Personnel from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an AAS in Floriculture with a minor in Floral Design from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.
