Nurhayati Ratna Sari Dewi currently serves as the Head of Development at the Indonesian Mental Health Association (IMHA) since November 2021 and works as a Property Consultant for PropertyPRO since February 2021, specializing in the sale of primary and secondary houses. Additionally, Nurhayati holds multiple roles at PT MEDIALI SINERGI since December 2017, including Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Secretary, as well as Finance and Administration Staff. With extensive experience in customer service as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Platinum Healthcare since March 2014, and a background in air traffic management from TOTAL from 2005 to 2013, Nurhayati's early career included various hospitality roles, such as Guest Service Officer at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur and practical training in multiple positions at Purajaya Hotel Batam. Nurhayati's educational credentials include studies at the University of Sydney from November 2022 to May 2023 and a degree in Hotel Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti.
