Ed Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and team management within the tech support and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Tier 2 ProdDEV at Platform Science since May 2022, Ed oversees VPN operations and has implemented process and performance standards to enhance team productivity. Prior to this role, Ed held various management positions, including Team Manager at Apple, where oversight of Callback Advisors resulted in the management of 250,000 callbacks annually.
