Dan Scott possesses extensive experience in security operations and emergency services management. Currently serving as Nth Island Patrols Manager and General Manager - Commercial at Platform 4 Group since January 2012, Dan has managed security for major venues and events. With a longstanding career at Fire and Emergency NZ since November 1990, Dan holds the positions of Lead Trainer and Senior Station Officer - OS, contributing significantly to training and emergency response across Auckland. Previously, Dan worked as a Warranted Fisheries Officer for the Ministry for Primary Industries NZ from 2011 to 2016, focusing on enforcement and compliance under the Fisheries Act. As General Manager at Strategic Security Ltd from 2007 to 2012, Dan directed security operations for various high-profile events. Dan holds a National Certificate in Security from the Manukau Institute of Technology, further solidifying expertise in the field.
