Remco de Vries is an experienced consultant specializing in employee service excellence and business transformation, currently serving as Lead Consultant at Plat4mation since April 2021. Previously, Remco held multiple leadership roles at Rabobank, including Program Lead for the Global HR Operating Model, where the design and rollout of a global HR Services department were key accomplishments.
