Raymond Beijerling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Plat4mation since March 2015, Raymond leads a dedicated ServiceNow partner specializing in strategic platform advice, implementation services, application development, and intelligent applications distributed via the ServiceNow Store. Prior to this role, Raymond held various positions at UNIT4 IT Solutions from August 2007 to March 2015, including Teamleader Hybrid Computing Operations Applications and Senior Service Management Consultant, where responsibilities included ensuring the performance of operational IT systems and leading ITSM initiatives across multiple industries. Earlier career experience includes project management and customer support roles at Van Hessen B.V. Raymond holds a graduate degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool Rotterdam and has completed VWO/Atheneum at Emmauscollege Rotterdam.
