Kushal Tayade is an accomplished ServiceNow Architect with extensive experience in the field. Currently at Plat4mation since July 2019, Kushal leads ServiceNow implementations. Previously, at Accenture from 2017 to 2019, Kushal served as a ServiceNow Architect and Technical Lead, where responsibilities included serving as the lead architect for ServiceNow implementation for a large conglomerate. At Tech Mahindra, from November 2015 to October 2017, Kushal specialized in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation, integrations, and upgrades. Kushal's early career at Infosys from June 2010 to October 2015 focused on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) implementations and integrations, further solidifying expertise in the platform.
