Apoorva Patel is a Technical Consultant at Plat4mation since December 2019, with experience in developing the ITSM Module and working with Scoped Applications, Dashboards, and Notifications. Notable contributions include serving as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Master Data Management, hosting workshops, addressing end-user issues, and managing a team of five while coordinating various projects in the Heineken O2I supply chain. Prior to this, Apoorva worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini from August 2016 to December 2019, focusing on SAP FICO for T-Mobile, where responsibilities included billing, settlement, validation, and job execution in Informatica.
