Elvir Hujdur has a diverse work experience in various roles. Elvir served as the Head of Global Operations at PLASTON since April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager Logistics at W+P Weber und Partner AG from January 2017 to March 2017. Elvir also worked as a Senior Consultant at Wertfabrik AG from September 2016 to December 2016. Their earliest position was as a Project Manager at SFS intec, where they worked from October 2005 to August 2016.

Elvir Hujdur began their education in 2002 at the University of St.Gallen, where they pursued a degree in lic. oec with a focus on Information & Technology Management. This program lasted for two years, concluding in 2004.

In 2021, Elvir Hujdur enrolled in the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons to pursue an Executive MBA. This program, specializing in Digital Technology and Operations, is expected to be completed in 2023.
