Orgad Raz currently serves as VP of Finance at Vanilla Vida since November 2023 and has been a Member of the Board of Directors for PLASSON Ltd. since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Orgad worked as CFO and chairman of the investment committee at Kibutz Maagan Michael from October 2015 to November 2023, overseeing a finance department with a monthly budget of 22 million and managing five business fabric companies. Additional experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Madan Technologies Ltd. and DagOn, as well as roles at PLASSON Ltd. as a Costing Analyst and Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager. Orgad holds an MBA in Financial Planning and Services from Ruppin Academic Center and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, along with a Higher National Diploma from Bar-Ilan University.
