Itamar Cohen is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical development and research and development leadership. Currently serving as the Department Manager of R&D at PLASSON Ltd. since August 2023, Itamar previously held the position of VP of Engineering at PALBAM from September 2022 to May 2023. At Afimilk Ltd., Itamar led mechanical development from July 2013 to July 2022, managing the entire process from need identification to product implementation. Earlier roles include Mechanical Team Leader and Project Manager at Maytronics, where Itamar's team received a prestigious innovation award in November 2012, and Mechanical Development Engineer at ARI, focusing on product development from concept through production. Itamar holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College.
