Emilaine Castro has a strong background in business development and sales, currently serving in this capacity at Plasmion since March 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Business Development Assistant at Reactive Robotics from April 2022 to March 2024, and a Foreign Trade Intern position at Vonixx from February 2021 to September 2021. Emilaine also contributed as a Volunteer Intern at NUPEX - Núcleo de Práticas em Comércio Exterior in early 2021, focusing on the internationalization plan of a startup through market research and analysis. Earlier experience includes an internship in the Finance Department at Shape Indústria de Confecções from September 2020 to February 2021. Emilaine is pursuing a Master’s degree in European Business Studies at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg, with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Deggendorf Institute of Technology and earlier studies in International Business at Universidade de Fortaleza.
