Willis Conklin has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held multiple leadership roles at Plasan Carbon Composites from April 2008 to the present, including Supply Chain Manager, Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Director of Materials, Purchasing & Quoting, and Materials Director & Quoting Manager. Prior to this, Conklin served as Materials Manager at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics and NSK Steering Systems America, and held the same position at NASTECH Inc. Additional experience includes roles as Plant Superintendent at Eagle Bridge Machine & Tool and Planning & Scheduling Coordinator at Jard Company, along with a position as Production Control Manager at Schmelzer Corporation. Conklin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southern Vermont College and has a Diploma in College Preparation from Cambridge Central.
