Brian Watson, MS Ed., is a seasoned professional in customer success and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Sr. Customer Success Strategist at Planview, Inc. since August 2021. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Brian has held positions such as President of the IIBA Columbus Chapter since January 2009, Central Region Agile Delivery Lead at Eliassen Group, and Manager of Digital Iteration Management at Designer Brands. Previous roles include Agile Coach at multiple organizations, Vice President of Solutions Engineering at VersionOne, and Director of Project Services Organization at Quick Solutions, Inc.
