AJ S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Consulting at Planview, Inc. since 2022, AJ S. has also founded and leads The Growth Compass, focusing on leadership, mindset, and resilience. Previous roles include Senior Solutions Consultant at both Amplitude and Planview, as well as Solutions Consultant positions at EPMA and Cameron, where AJ S. excelled in leading sales demonstrations, managing client relationships, and training teams on project management best practices. AJ S. holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
