Eyal Briller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, research and development, and business operations within the food technology sector. Currently serving as an Advisor and holding multiple VP roles at Hero Bread since August 2021, Eyal Briller also provides advisory services to J-Impact Fund and Plantish. Previously, Eyal Briller played a key role at Impossible Foods, leading the Product Management team and overseeing the transition of R&D initiatives to full-scale production. Eyal Briller’s background includes a solid foundation in R&D as a Food Engineer at Unilever and military leadership as a Lieutenant in the Israel Navy. Eyal Briller holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology & Food Engineering from the Technion.
