Stephen Tierney has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Planted Sales Rep since September 2022 and as a Plant-Based Menu Consultant, where over 200 recipes have been created for a primarily meat-eating clientele. As a Co-Owner of Rockin Beets since February 2019, Stephen focuses on delivering plant-based meals made with locally sourced and organic ingredients. Previous roles include Business Owner at Temple Bar Genuine Irish Pub, managing all aspects of the establishment while contributing significantly to charitable causes. Early career positions included Bar Manager at multiple pubs and various roles in tech support and management. Stephen holds a diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Irish Hotel and Catering Institute and has pursued additional education in computer sciences and cultural studies.
