Jacqueline Singh, PT, DPT, has been serving as a Physical Therapist at Plantation General Hospital since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Physical Therapist at Baptist Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Select Physical Therapy – Weston, CORA Physical Therapy, and HCR Manor Care at Lely Palms during various periods in 2016 to 2018. Jacqueline Singh holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University (2012-2014). Educational background includes completing high school at Pembroke Pines Charter High School from 2008 to 2012.
