Mano Bala Rajendran began their work experience in 2013 as a Site Engineer at S.V.Groups. Mano then joined Plant Tech Arabia Co. Ltd. in 2014 and held various roles including Engineer, Senior Engineer, Team Leader - QAQC Dept., Internal Auditor, and currently serves as the Head of QAQC Department.

Mano Bala Rajendran began their education in 2009 at Anna University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. The field of study for this degree is not specified.

Later on, in 2021, Mano Bala Rajendran enrolled at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA). The MBA program focused on two fields of study, namely Quality Systems Management and Project Management. Mano completed this program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Mano Bala Rajendran obtained two certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Internal Auditor certification from TÃœV SÃœD. Then, in 2020, they received the Pressure Vessel Inspector (API 510) certification from the American Petroleum Institute (API).
