Sibele Lima has over 15 years of work experience in software development and analysis. Sibele started their career as an intern at Positivo Informática in 2005, where they gained experience until 2006. Sibele then interned at MPS Informática Ltda from 2007 to 2007, assisting with website development and maintenance.

Sibele then joined ExxonMobil in 2007 as an intern and worked their way up to a System Analyst role. Sibele coordinated activities between multiple teams and projects, participated in global hardware procurement decisions, and ensured server installations followed best practices. Sibele also worked on critical applications responsible for managing gas stations and transmitting files within the company network.

In 2015, Sibele joined iSolutions International Pty Ltd as a C# .NET Developer. Sibele worked on an Asset Management Tool for mining companies, responsible for migrating the application from Windows Client to Web environment and enhancing it. Sibele also worked as a Senior C# Developer at Summit Insights from 2015 to 2018, creating web reports, automating IT tasks, and developing scripts using various technologies.

From 2018 to 2020, Sibele worked as an Analyst Programmer at Provet, where they architected and developed a Care Plans project connecting vet clinics across Australia. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Developer at Plant Assessor, starting in 2020.

Throughout their career, Sibele has gained expertise in C# .NET development, SQL, web development, automation, and project coordination.

Sibele Lima obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2004 to 2008. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in IT Management from FAE Business School. Before their university education, they completed high school at Colegio da Policia Militar Do Parana from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including MCSD: App Builder 2017, MCSA: Web Applications, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Specialist - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, Competent Communicator, MCSD: Web Applications, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
