Jody A. Davis has a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering. They started their career as a Network Administrator in the US Army, where they managed a team and supported military networks both domestically and internationally. After their military career, they worked as an IT Systems Engineer at DynCorp International, responsible for managing multiple Windows Server domains and supporting thousands of users. They then moved on to Viewpost, where they were part of a team responsible for the expansion and redundancy design of a multi-tiered environment. Currently, Jody is working as a Senior Systems Engineer at PlanSource, where they serve as a Subject Matter Expert for network and systems administration, configuration, and support. Their responsibilities include maintaining critical systems, providing support for internal operations and client-facing issues, and serving as an escalation point for laptop support personnel. Jody has knowledge and experience in various technologies such as AWS, VMWare, HyperV, Exchange, SCCM, and IIS.
