Bernd Kleinpass has extensive experience in business development and engineering, currently serving as Business Development Manager and MU Manager for Thermal Processes at Plansee SE since April 2001. Prior to this role, Bernd worked as an Application Engineer at Linde Gas from April 1996 to March 2001, focusing on project engineering in metallurgy, particularly heat treatment and steelmaking. Bernd's academic background includes a PhD thesis on Thermal-Mechanical Fatigue of Superalloys completed at the University of Karlsruhe between June 1991 and March 1996, following a Dipl-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology obtained in 1991.
