Rob Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in presales and customer support. Currently serving as the Global Presales Manager at Planon since January 2005, Rob leads an internationally diverse team focused on enhancing win rates while developing and coaching team members on the latest technology and messaging. Previous roles at Planon include Senior Presales Manager and Presales Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed bid management, product suitability assessment, and designing solutions aligned with customer business drivers. Prior to Planon, Rob worked at Intel Corporation as a Customer Support Project Manager, successfully redesigning the customer support intranet to improve service delivery. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems Management from Bournemouth University.
