Jennifer Cook has an extensive background in sales operations and business systems analysis, currently serving as Director at Planon since August 2018, following the role of Sales Operations Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Business Systems Analyst at Dartmouth College and Senior Business & Systems Analyst at The Baupost Group. Additionally, Jennifer held senior roles at Vestmark, Inc. and Linedata Services, managing programs and implementations in North America. Early career experience includes account management and analytical roles at Affiliated Computer Services and State Street Corporation. Jennifer holds a BA in German Literature from Dickinson College and has also studied at Heidelberg University.
