Rosemary Aguilar, MBA, is an experienced educator and business owner with a robust background in STEM curriculum development and professional development for K-12 educators. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Plano ISD since August 2021 and the Owner of Aguilar Consulting Services since August 2019, Rosemary specializes in creating educational programs and solutions. Previous roles include Programs Director at Design Connect Create, Chief STEM Education Officer at Revisioned Education, and Director of Professional Development and Curriculum at Southern Methodist University, where Rosemary led initiatives to enhance STEM education. With a career spanning over 30 years that began at Nortel Networks and Samsung Telecommunications America, Rosemary holds an Executive MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a B.S. in Mathematics Teacher Education from New Mexico State University.
