Barbie Kelly, PE, currently serves as a Project Manager at Planners and Engineers Collaborative, Inc., since July 2023. Previously, Barbie held the position of Project Engineer at Contineo Group, where responsibilities included preparing detailed municipal drawings and managing various design aspects, including stormwater management and erosion control. Barbie's experience also includes roles as Project Engineer II at J.S. Held LLC, performing forensic inspections and creating technical reports, and as a Project Engineer at both Ridge Planning and Engineering and Paragon Consulting Group, focusing on CAD preparation for land development projects. Earlier career experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at SINGHOFEN & ASSOCIATES INC and a gap year of travel that facilitated cultural exposure and language acquisition. Barbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Central Florida and completed a Full-Stack Web Development bootcamp at DigitalCrafts in 2020.
