Rashad Crooks has extensive experience in administrative management and customer service, primarily with Planned Parenthood Federation of America since June 2015, serving as Administrative Manager for National Board Affairs and previously as Board Affairs Coordinator. In these roles, Rashad supports governance matters for boards and committees, ensures effective communication regarding organizational updates, and fosters advocacy for women's health and reproductive rights. Prior positions include Phonathon Caller at Bard College, where outreach to alumni and donors was a key focus, and Business Development Intern at Building Intelligence Inc., where client relations were developed. Rashad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bard College and has a diverse background in various service roles, including as a Lifeguard and Science Lab Monitor.
