Frances Collazo Cáceres is currently the Director of Legal Policy Strategy & Research at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Prior to this, Frances served as the Advocacy & Abortion Access Advisor at Families Planning Association of Puerto Rico, Inc. Frances also held various leadership positions at Profamilias, including Co-Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, President of the Board of Directors, and Secretary of the Board of Directors, all focusing on sexual and reproductive health and rights. Frances has a background in law, with experience as a Lawyer at 939-CONTIGO and as an Educational Coordinator at Ayuda Legal Puerto Rico. Frances holds a Juris Doctor degree from Inter American University School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Health Law at Loyola University Chicago. Frances is also certified in Gender Violence Law from Universidad de Salamanca.
