Karen Waite is an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst at PlanMember Financial Corporation since June 2015, Karen effectively manages compliance audits. Concurrently, involvement with the Santa Ynez Valley Elks Lodge #2640 as a Board Member and West Central Coast District Government Relations Chair highlights community engagement. Previous roles include serving as a Council Member for the Solvang City Council, Member of the Board of Architectural Review in Solvang, and President of the Board of Trustees for the Santa Ynez Valley River Water Conservation District. Karen's extensive experience in the finance sector includes a decade at Morgan Stanley, holding positions such as First VP Complex Administrative Manager and Complex Risk Officer, while also maintaining several securities licenses.
