Terrence Fede's work experience begins in 2011 as a Sports Camp Program Leader at Ramapo Sports Camp. In 2016, they interned as an Assistant to the Athletic Director at the University of Maryland. In 2017, they worked as an Intern at the Stephen Ross Miami Dolphins Business Combine, where they gained exposure to various business areas. From 2014 to 2018, Terrence was a Professional Athlete for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. In 2018, they briefly played for the Buffalo Bills, and in 2019, they played for the New York Football Giants. From 2020 to 2021, Terrence worked as a Fellow in Player Affairs/Players Inc. at the NFL Players Association, where they conducted research and helped enhance resource offerings. In 2021, they joined Lehigh University as an Assistant Football Coach, where they managed student-athletes and coordinated recruitment efforts. Currently, Terrence works at Planhat as a Business Development Representative, starting in 2023.
Terrence Fede pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Marketing from Marist College, which they completed in the years 2009 to 2013. Later on, in 2022, they enrolled in the Business Accelerator Program at the University of Miami Herbert Business School for a short period of time. Subsequently, from 2022 to 2023, Terrence joined Arkansas State University, aiming to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sports Administration.
