Giacomo Lanino is an experienced infrastructures and smart solutions designer currently employed at Planet Smart City since October 2017. Prior to this role, Giacomo worked as a Transmission Power Line Site Engineer at Sirti Energia SpA, contributing to the construction of the 420 kV Kvandal-Balsfjord transmission power line, where responsibilities included project coordination and progress monitoring. Earlier experience also includes positions as an Engineering Consultant at Studio Ing. Corsi and a Structural Engineer at Cerrato Srl, focusing on technical evaluations and structural analysis. Giacomo began the professional journey as an Apprentice Structural Engineer and System Engineer, gaining a solid foundation in building and structural projects. Educational background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program at Universidade do Minho.
