Rita Freitas has extensive experience in account management and customer service within the packaging and food industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Planet Paper Box Inc. since September 2021, Rita previously held the position of Account Executive at Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. from November 2015 to September 2021. Prior to that, Rita was a Key Account Manager at Retail Ready Foods from April 2005 to September 2015, and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Standard Paper Box Ltd. from February 2004 to April 2005. Rita Freitas holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from York University and a Certificate in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Humber College.
